She says it to the line in general, but she's looking at the grade-out chute — the crates of produce that don't meet the export spec and get diverted to the domestic bin.

You've been told exactly the opposite in training: bruised skin, soft spots and undersize go in the domestic bin, no exceptions, because the export buyer rejects the whole pallet if they find even one.
